This interest led me to study various cognitive models, behavior modification techniques, systems thinking, behavior economics, drivers for high performance teams, coaching and mentoring. I use a combination of these skills to craft solutions that produce results.
During my 19+ years of experience in information technology, I worked across continents, countries and cultures.

Progressed from managing individual projects to driving results for huge enterprise wide software products, services and support projects including multi-continent ERP roll-outs across extended supply chains.
